About this drama
At the altar, Laura’s groom abandons their vows to crawl at his bridesmaid’s feet for a lost contact lens. Humiliated, Laura cancels the wedding and texts the West Coast Mafia Boss she hasn’t contacted in years: “Come get me.” Ten minutes later, a black convoy storms the cathedral—and the most feared man on the West Coast comes for her personally. Richard thinks she’s bluffing. He has no idea what kind of man he just provoked… or why that man has been waiting for Laura to call.
